The cryptocurrency revolution has not quite arrived for institutional investors; rather, the institutional digital asset world is facing a chicken-and-egg conundrum.

Panellists at the FX Week USA conference in New York agreed that while institutional investors may be tempted by the opportunities presented by cryptocurrencies, they are reluctant to jump into the market without trust in the infrastructure set-up, greater regulatory certainty and access to custodian solutions.
