Karen Brown, sales director at RCP Consultants in London, said the lack of tickets in options trading is a gap in the market the firm wanted to exploit, after receiving encouragement from its customers, major UK banks.
"We have been speaking to a number of our clients and received good feedback from them," she told FX Week.
"Reuters does not provide tickets for options deals agreed on the Reuters conversational dealing system, like it does on spot, swaps and forwards. Banks are missing this now
