MCM Agrees To Merge With Cera; While Planning A Purchase By Fall

McCarthy Crisanti & Maffei has announced plans to merge with Cambridge Energy Research Associates (Cera). The merger should be completed by late September or early October, say officials, and the combined company will be known as Global Decisions Group (GDG). In addition, MCM expects to announce at least one acquisition by October, with others possibly to follow.
