Citibank realigns North American trading
Citibank effectively eliminated one layer of upper management in its North American trading operation late last month by shifting David Young out of his position as head of governments, derivatives and foreign exchange. The bank was also forced to rejigger its options division after 10-year veteran Lisa Polsky announced her resignation.
