LONDON--The London International Financial Futures and Options Exchange (Liffe) is to create two businesses by grouping its technology-based activities under the name www.Liffe.com.
Liffe chairman Brian Williamson said: "If Liffe Connect can cope with the most complex on-exchange financial transactions then it follows that its potential exists far beyond Liffe’s products and indeed derivatives. This has led the Liffe board to conclude that the development of Liffe’s own trading and processing
