FX funds report negative results

STAMFORD, CT -- Currency managers had a difficult month in June, according to the latest Parker FX index, which was down 0.73% for the month.

Nearly half of the 43 programmes measured in the index reported negative results. The index measures the performance of fund managers positioning long or short foreign currencies.

The top performing funds in June, on a reported basis, were Quantitative Financial Strategies in Stamford, Connecticut; Bridgewater Associates in Westport, Connecticut; and
