Bayerische Vereinsbank Beefs Up Emerging Markets After Hiring Khanna From Citibank

Bayerische Vereinsbank is revamping and expanding its emerging markets group after hiring a new head of emerging markets, Vijay Khanna (FXW, August 21). Khanna joined Vereinsbank on October 1 from Citibank in Prague, where he was international and treasury director.
According to Khanna, he has taken over an existing group at Vereinsbank that was previously part of a group run by Walter Fuchs, a senior Vereinsbank manager, who continues to supervise other areas. Khanna says his mandate is to
