Bank Of England Set To Issue Updated Code Of Conduct

REGULATIONS

The Bank of England is expected to issue an updated version of the London Code of Conduct by the end of this month, after incorporating minor revisions based on market commentary on the latest draft, which was circulated in April, say officials. This would be the first update of the code since May 1992.

According to a Bank of England official working on the code, which covers all wholesale trading in the London market, the changes reflect areas where bank officials and market practitioners
