CQG Banks On FX Data To Upgrade Offerings

LONDON--While some vendors view foreign exchange as a contracting market, Comprehensive Quote Graphics (CQG) is banking on its growth, particularly in the emerging markets, to expand its business.

The niche futures data and graphics vendor already collects FX data from key broker suppliers, including Tullett & Tokyo and Garban. Now, the US group plans to collect contributed prices directly from the banks themselves.
