FXall hit with trading interruption

Foreign exchange platform FXall suffered an outage yesterday (April 28), which affected trading for some clients and resulted in liquidity moving to other venues.

One client says the event occurred around mid-morning, London time. His trading team moved to execute their FX forwards and swaps positions on other platforms or directly with banks for the remainder of the day.

"We weren't entirely sure what the issue was and it was mildly inconvenient, but as we don't just rely on one execution venue
