Jack Lemonik, co-chair of the FPL Global FX exchange committee said the aim is to promote more rapid adoption of the Fix protocol. "We have made the recommendations so the firms don't have to spend two months figuring out what they need to do to implement Fix for foreign exchange trading. It's a good standard that has worked for other asset classes."
