The company's London-based strategist, Julian Garran, last week said too many forecasters are dollar bears, relentlessly focusing on negative news. "Many commentators have become fixated by the increasing size of the US budget deficit, and suggest this must inevitably lead to a fall in the value of the dollar."
Garran said that this is not the only way to interpret the economic fundamentals. He said other factors need to be considered, including falling energy prices, growth in the other G3
