Reuters to launch thin-client solution for Dealing 3000

LONDON -- Reuters could be about to reach an extra tranche of clients with its Dealing 3000 FX trading system, by creating a thin-client solution, sources told FX Week’s sister publication Trading Technology Week (TTW).

Although the vendor did not comment on the project, according to an internal document seen by TTW, the Dealing Link client server would be located at Reuters’ Docklands Global Technical Center. This means there will be no physical server installed at a client’s site, and Dealing
