BofA FX trades on Bloomberg

CHARLOTTE, N CAROLINA -- Bank of America (BofA) has launched bilateral FX transactions on the 250,000 user-strong Bloomberg Financial Markets network, the bank announced last week.

Called BAFX, the new feature will allow BofA clients to enter spot, forward and swap FX transactions directly with the bank from their Bloomberg terminals, joining 40 other banks already on the system.

Bruce Williams, managing director of FX e-commerce at Bank of America in New York, told FX Week the bank launched
