Accurate debuts NXG platform update
Accurate will showcase Accurate NXG 2.9, the latest edition of its reconciliation, exception management, workflow and business intelligence solution. The vendor plans to focus on key areas where it has been implemented, namely in domestic banking and funds administration.
Calypso to launch enhanced FX module
Calypso Technology will launch an enhanced version of its FX module, enabling FX and FX options to be traded in a single system on one platform. Previously only providing automation for institutions' back offices, the new service provides automation between a bank's back office, its customers and the sales and trading desks.
CameronFix NetTrader gets Sibos debut
Cameron Systems, a provider of Fix protocol engines, will announce the release of its CameronFix NetTrader solution at Sibos this week. The browser-based product, aimed at sell- and buy-side firms, is designed as an order entry solution for sending and receiving trade messages via Fix; it also enables connectivity to major Fix network services providers.
CityNet 'Informs' delegates
City Networks will launch CityNet Inform, a monitoring and alert notification tool for the senior management of financial institutions. Each day there will be a 'fastest finger first' competition to match flags with their country of origin.
Fundtech launches SwiftNet Service Bureau
Fundtech officials will launch their US SwiftNet Service Bureau with IGT+, its Java-based user interface. The vendor will also debut a continuous-linked settlement (CLS) service via an application service provider offering, based on its Payplus solution.
Demos on display will also include Global Payplus with OmniPay, Payplus USA and Cashplus.
Oracle and Deloitte to partner
Oracle will announce its relationship with Deloitte in its consulting role to deliver a comprehensive solution for Basel II. The relational database products vendor will showcase Oracle Regulatory Capital Manager, a new Basel II offering.
The database giant will also show a new release of Oracle Enterprise Planning and Budgeting. The vendor also plans to announce a survey of Basel II in the mid-market.
OpenLink finds new client
OpenLink will announce its new client – Reserve Bank of New Zealand. The firm will also showcase version 7.0 of Findur, its integrated front-to-back-office solution for trading, risk management and transaction processing, which had an official release in April.
Pegasystems demos Smart products
Pegasystems will show off Smart Investigate, a new rules-based solution that manages and automates exception processing and related customer care for payments, securities and treasury operations.
SmartStream gets Buggy
SmartStream Technologies chief executive Martin Brown will speak on the opening day about 'SwiftNet – the value beyond the migration', at 2pm. Fill out a short questionnaire and guess the number of golf balls at the booth to win a golf buggy.
Summit unveils latest installation
Summit Systems is announcing the rollout of an installation for Bayerische Landesbank, which enables the bank to oust 16 of its incumbent systems through a single deployment of Summit's cross-asset class trading platform.
The implementation of Summit, version 3.6, is expected to go live by August 2006, with a two-year schedule required because of the scale of the project.
Summit officials said approximately 70% of the systems being replaced by the new Summit deployment are from third-party vendors.
Trace reboots Transformer
Trace Financial will showcase its Transformer product, with some key new enhancements for business analyst usage. The Transformer product enables XML messaging across legacy systems and external networks no matter what messaging standards they support, including proprietary non-XML message formats such as those from Swift and Omgeo and the FIX protocol.
TT releases Shiva
TransactTools will announce the release of its Shiva platform for electronic messaging and management. The vendor will also reveal new clients such as Citigroup and the Chicago Mercantile Exchange. While the vendor decides whether to give away Frisbees and other toys, there will be a raffle for a commemorative TransactTools iPod Mini.
Wall Street Systems
Wall Street Systems will be showcasing its new platform for outsourced payments processing. The new solution is designed to enable banks to improve and increase the range of outsourced payments services they can offer to their corporate clients.
