OTC derivatives on the up

The report, released November 13, shows notional amounts in OTC forex derivatives in the period grew 12% from the end of last year to reach $63 trillion.

Gross market values, which measure the cost of replacing existing contracts and are therefore a gauge of market risk, rose 25% to $2.3 trillion within the same period.
