Nordea builds algorithms

Kenneth Steengaard, Copenhagen-based head of Nordea's proprietary portal, e-Markets, said the Nordic bank began taking real positions on five models built in-house, on a proprietary basis, on January 1. This followed a development and testing phase that took place during 2007.
