In May 2017, the full and final version of the Bank for International Settlements' (BIS) Global Code of Conduct is set to be released to market participants, bringing an end to the heavy lifting but not the work, says Brigid Taylor, managing director of the ACI Financial Markets Association.

In Taylor's view, the coming year will see a continuous effort to tweak and upgrade the code to reflect current market conditions.
