Regulating financial markets after the crisis, wrote the Bank of England's erudite financial stability chief Andy Haldane in a recent paper, is not unlike trying to catch a frisbee. With that in mind, last week's FX Week Asia conference in Singapore felt not dissimilar to a large group of market participants gazing high into the sky in search of that elusive frisbee
