NFA fines broker for non-compliance

WASHINGTON, DC - The US National Futures Association (NFA) has fined ex-foreign exchange broker ACM USA $10,000 for regulatory violations.

The charges relate to the ex-broker's failure to file monthly and annual reports in 2008, as required by the NFA.

"ACM was late, numerous times, in filing financial statements," said the NFA. "These late statements reveal a pattern of disregard for regulatory deadlines."

The NFA requires members to file monthly reports no later than 17 days after the report
