Reuters bids farewell to Fleet Street

The move marks the end of an era after 66 years at the 85 Fleet Street address, which Reuters first occupied in 1939.

The new headquarters brings together 2,500 of Reuters' London staff from six office locations into a 280,000-square-foot 10-floor building located at 30 South Colonnade, Canary Wharf. The neighbouring pedestrianised area has also been renamed Reuters Plaza, and is being illuminated by a Times Square style external screen running Reuters news and pictures and a 100-metre
