He will maintain his existing role and work alongside Rick Sears, president and chief sales officer of the platform, who is also based in London.
"As we are FSA-authorised, it was always intended for our management team to be in London," said an official at the platform in London. "Nothing will change for either Mark or Rick in terms of roles and responsibilities."
