Lawyers poke Fotheringhame on last day of hearing

Former Barclays managing director David Fotheringhame has kept a remarkably composed and almost jovial air throughout most of the four-day remedy hearing. Despite the pressure of representing himself, which involves cross-examining witnesses and fighting applications from the other side, Fotheringhame and his wife have looked serene.

But, on July 20, the last day of the hearing, Fotheringhame lost his cool for just a moment.
