FX strategy hire at Credit Suisse
Daniel Katzive, previously director of the foreign exchange strategy group at UBS, is joining Credit Suisse's New York office in September, though the bank did not confirm the hire by press time. Katzive is said to be reporting to Ray Farris, head of non-Japan rates and FX in London.
