BoA poaches pair from Morgan Stanley

Tim Yip joined in a new role as global head of rates exotic/hybrid trading. He started at the bank on April 17 and reports to Alastair Hollingdale, head of EMEA rates trading.
Previously, Yip worked at Morgan Stanley, where he was responsible for running the company's hybrid rates and long-dated exotic foreign exchange business in London. It is understood that Yip's responsibilities at Morgan Stanley are being covered internally, with no decisions yet made on whether he will be replaced by the
