Lehman hires new FX head

In London, the bank is understood to have hired Richard Gladwin as the new global head of FX sales and trading. Gladwin joins from Barclays Capital (BarCap) also in London, where he was managing director and head of FX derivatives, responsible for the risk management and delivery of FX derivatives products.
Gladwin joined BarCap in 1998, responsible for running interest rate options trading in London. Prior to joining BarCap he was with Merrill Lynch in London as an interest rate options trader
