The bank has seen the departure of Steven Reiter, global head of options in New York, who has left to pursue other interests.
Meanwhile, Arnold Miyamoto is to head the North American franchise following Anu Jayanti's promotion to head of global sales. The trading operation sees Raymond Ng move from London to Singapore to head the spot and forwards desk. He will replace David Hansen, who left the bank three months ago to start up a hedge fund.
The bank has also built up its prime brokerage team
