Management changes at top banks

Deutsche has poached Alex Scarsini as a director and head of FX hedge fund sales, from Merrill Lynch in New York. Meanwhile, Standard Chartered has made a series of changes to its FX team, with long-serving members being given senior management responsibility at the bank.

Scarsini fills a vacancy left following the reorganisation of senior FX management at Deutsche earlier this year. He reports to David Steck, who added corporate sales to his responsibilities to become head of currency sales for
