GFT deepens footprint in London
The online trading company has hired Jeremy Barnes, a foreign exchange senior sales trader, from London-based spread-betting company City Index. Barnes joined City Index when it acquired London-based FX broker IFX for around £57.9 million in 2006 (FX Week, August 7, 2006).
The Ada, Michigan-based company is also understood to have hired Lloyd Moncur from online broker Fixi. Moncur has previously worked at institutional broker BGC Partners, where he worked in foreign exchange sales. Moncur left
