UniCredit continues recruitment drive
Sweeting joins from ABN Amro in London, where he worked as European head of macro FIPS FX sales. It is believed that ABN Amro is not replacing Sweeting, and that his sales team will report to Scott Wacker, global head of macro corporate sales and local markets sales. ABN Amro declined to comment.
UniCredit has also hired Toby Angel to work in hedge fund sales in London, beginning in July. Angel previously held a similar role at JP Morgan in London.
