JP Morgan has made a series of high level changes following the announcement that Stephen Thieke, head of the bank's global risk management function, plans to retire this summer. The departure will mean a reorganization of the bank's current structure, including the creation of a new FX and interest rate group, headed by William Winters, formerly head of fixed income and markets in Europe. This group will cover origination, sales, trading and research. All government bonds, swaps, FX, futures
