BANKS

In line with plans outlined earlier in the year, Australia and New Zealand Banking Group (ANZ) has made a number of recent appointments to refocus the group's forex activities in several key centres, says Chris Cooper, global head of foreign exchange and the Australian Financial Markets group, based in Melbourne.

Cooper explains that over the past month or two, ANZ has hired and relocated a number of senior forex staff at its major centres in Australia, London, New York, Hong Kong and Indonesia.
