Overlay staff in short supply

The increase in global investor clients turning to overlay both to reduce risk and to make money has been a marked feature of the FX markets as equity returns have diminished over the past three years. But without simultaneous growth in people specialising in currency management, overlay firms and banks offering overlay services are now scouring the globe for suitable candidates to add to their teams.
