Grosso becomes global head of spot FX at Citi

Andrew Grosso steps into the role left by Richard Bibbey, who first held the post when it was created in 2014

Andrew Grosso has stepped into the role of global head of spot FX at Citi, taking over from Richard Bibbey, who exited the firm in 2016.

The position of global head of spot FX was first held by Bibbey, who was appointed in 2014.

New York-based Grosso was previously head of G10 FX spot trading for North America, and he also held the role of head of short-term interest rate trading. Grosso joined Citi in 1994.

Marcus Satha, meanwhile, has been promoted to global head of Stir trading at Citi
