Gorra swaps BNPP for Nomura

Peter joins the Japanese bank after six years at BNP Paribas

New role: Gorra will still be based in New York

Peter Gorra, former head of foreign exchange trading at BNP Paribas, has joined the G10 FX trading team at Nomura.

Based in New York, Gorra moves to Nomura after spending six years at the French bank, where he managed the local FX trading team.

Previously, Gorra worked at RBS (2002–10) as head of G10 FX trading and he spent several years at Credit Agricole as an FX trader (1994–00).

BNPP and Nomura confirmed Gorra's move.
