TJM hires two for sales team

Foreign exchange intermediary firm pulls talent from Jefferies and CIBC as it embarks on FX business diversification

New frontiers: TJM is trying to diversify its FX business

Foreign exchange intermediary firm TJM has bolstered its foreign exchange sales team with two new hires as it continues with plans to broaden its business.

Anurag Agarwal joined TJM directly from Jefferies, where he had worked in FX sales and trading. In his new role, Agarwal will specialise in emerging market currencies. Prior to Jefferies, he worked in FX sales at Standard Chartered Bank for about seven years.

TJM also brought in John Tammaro who had been an institutional sales trader at CIBC
