Michael Walsh, managing director of financial markets at Lloyds Banking Group, is leaving the firm, according to sources familiar with the matter.

London-based Walsh joined Lloyds in 2011 from Royal Bank of Scotland, where he had been head of foreign exchange sales to hedge funds.

Walsh's move follows an announcement in October that Lloyds Bank intended to replace Anders Henrikson, head of FX products, with Rob Hale by the end of the year. The firm also announced Marc Guilbert would replace
