Saha replaces Roy as CCIL risk chief

Kaushik Saha has been appointed chief risk officer at the Clearing Corporation of India (CCIL), replacing Siddhartha Roy, who announced his retirement effective on July 31.

Saha joined CCIL in February as vice-president for risk management from Nomura Services India, where he had been vice-president since 2008. Previously, he worked for Lehman Brothers and HDFC Bank.

During his time at CCIL, Roy was responsible for designing many of the products offered by the firm today, including FX forwards.
