Levinson appointed as chief FX strategist at Sberbank

He joins from ING in London

Sberbank Investment Research has recruited Tom Levinson as FX & rates chief strategist, based in Moscow and reporting to Alexander Kudrin, head of fixed-income research.

Levinson joins from ING Financial Markets in London, where he had worked for 13 years, including eight years as a FX strategist. He spent the past four years as a director, with responsibility for the G-10 'strategic effort', working closely with sales teams. Prior to this he was a G10 macroeconomist, also acting as the country
