Credit Suisse trims FX staff in London and New York

Seven jobs at risk in trading, sales and strategy

Credit Suisse is set to cut more than half a dozen jobs in foreign exchange, according to a source familiar with the situation, as the bank continues to make changes to its currency trading business.

FX Week understands the most senior people at risk of losing their jobs include: Daniel Wise, managing director, head of FX spot trading in London; Mark Astley, director, senior FX strategist in London; Martin Amann, director, FX hedge fund sales in New York; and John Altadonna, director, FX spot
