Citi loses global head of e-FX trading

Simon Jones at Citi

Simon Jones, global head of foreign exchange electronic trading at Citi in London, has left the bank to take time out from the industry.

Jones reported principally to Jeff Feig, global head of G-10 FX at Citi in New York, but also had reporting lines to James Bindler, the bank's global head of FX options and head of FX for central and eastern Europe, the Middle East and Africa in London, and José Luis Yepez, head trader for emerging markets in New York.

Jones joined Citi as a spot trader in 1998
