BBVA hires FX strategist in London
BBVA has appointed Peter Frank as foreign exchange strategist in London.
Frank will join the Spanish bank in January 2012 and will report to Dustin Reid, global head of FX strategy in New York. He joins from Société Générale Corporate and Investment Banking, where he held a similar role.
Frank will start at BBVA just a year after Reid himself joined the bank from Medley Global Advisors. The bank has made a number of strategic hires in FX over the past year, following the appointment of Andrew
