Elliott quits BAML in London

Richard Elliott, director and head of electronic foreign exchange options trading at Bank of America Merrill Lynch (BAML), has left the bank in London.

He reported locally to Liam Hudson, global head of FX electronic commerce, and helped to launch the bank's electronic FX options trading platform for institutional and corporate clients in December 2010.

Elliott joined BAML in January 2010 from Credit Suisse, where he was director of e-FX options and helped develop the Swiss bank's proprietary
