Morgan Stanley hires trading head in Asia

Asia increasingly attractive to European investors

Hong is responsible for G-10 foreign exchange and all emerging markets currency and rates trading in the region, the bank said.  He joins the bank after nine years at Royal Bank of Scotland/ABN Amro in Singapore, where he was most recently head of global Asian FX and short-term interest rates trading, and Asia-Pacific head of FX trading. Previously, he has also worked at UBS and JP Morgan.
