Lloyds hires new head of risk solutions

Polyakov joins from Barclays Capital where he was a director and head of strategic risk advisory, also in the UK capital. His background lies in providing strategic finance and risk management advisory services using derivatives instruments including FX, interest rates and commodities to help clients formulate risk management strategy. He has also worked at Nomura, Citi and Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce in New York.
