NFA bars Parman Financial, while CFTC amends rules

WASHINGTON, DC – The US National Futures Association (NFA) has permanently barred Parman Financial and its principal, Lyndon Parrilla, from NFA membership for failure to co-operate with the regulator’s investigations, it said last week.

Parman was registered as a commodity trading adviser with the NFA, trading foreign exchange through Gain Capital on behalf of its clients – who maintained direct accounts with Gain. The penalties follow investigations into Parman initiated in January 2009
