His speech will precede a series of panels, the first of which will be on monetary and exchange rate policies in the past and future. This will be moderated by Klas Eklund, chief economist at SEB, and speakers include Rachel Lomax, deputy governor of the Bank of England, and Gertrude Tumpel-Gurgerell, member of the European Central Bank’s executive board.
