Nybot launches euro index

The options are linked to the exchange's newly created Finex euro index, which represents a geometric average that tracks the value of the euro against a basket of five major currencies. The basket includes the US dollar, British pound, yen, Swiss franc and Swedish krona. Nybot launched trading in futures linked to the index last Friday.
Both contracts trade in Nybot's currency pits in New York and Dublin trading floors, alongside the exchange's US dollar index futures and options contracts and
