Former head of FX sues KeyCorp

CLEVELAND, OHIO - The case for wrongful dismissal against KeyCorp brought by its former head of foreign exchange trading, Kevin Sollitt, will be heard on February 26.

Sollitt made the filing on December 18, claiming he was fired after he complained about unscrupulous foreign exchange trading activity involving Favio Guist, head of institutional services, and his sales team.

Among the allegations is that Guist's team charged large corporates spreads 100 pips wider than fair price and avoided
