Hotspot FXi revamp means faster trades

The change follows the migration of the ECN to a proxy server architecture, which was implemented this year.

The new architecture enables Hotspot FXi to decrease latency, reduce the time to market for product rollouts, and improve its ability to handle critical volumes as trade and data volumes in the foreign exchange market increase, said Mike Williams, senior managing director for Hotspot FX in Jersey City.
